摘　　要：食品的营养标识和健康声称是提高消费者营养健康知识和指导消费者科学消费的重要手段,现代食品工业的趋势就是要向营养和健康方向转型。中国营养标识的法规标准基本与国际同步,但在健康声称方面落后于科学发展和市场需求,特别是疾病风险降低声称,需要我们共同努力,不断完善我国的食品的营养标识和健康声称,进一步与国际接轨。Nutrition labeling and health claim of food are important methods to improve the level of nutrition knowledge of consumers and guide the consumers to consume scientifically.The trend of modern food industry is to transit to nutrition and health.The regulations and standards of nutrition labeling in China keeps pace with international ones,but in the aspect of health claim,lagged behind the scientific development and market demands,especially in disease risk reduction claim.Thus,more works are required to further integrate with international standards and constantly improve the nutrition labeling and health claim in China.
