摘　　要：分析高速铁路通信标准化建设的基础上,采用模糊综合评价法进行评价。过深入调研,找出铁路运营管理专业在人才培养中存在的重理论、轻实训,重专北技能、轻社会能力,以及实训设施滞后的问题,提出拓展人才培养方案,强化学生职业技能和社会能力培养的措施,从而培养高素质、复合型、高技能人才,服务铁路,促进就业,学以致用。Through investigation,this paper finds out the problems existing in the personnel training of railway operation management major,such as emphasizing theory,neglecting practical training,emphasizing professional skills,neglecting social ability,and lagging training facilities,and puts forward the measures to expand the personnel training program and strengthen the cultivation of studentsrvocational skills and social ability,so as to cultivate high-quality,compound and high skilled talents,serve the railway and promote the development of the society Employment,learning for application.
