摘 要:国际著名比较教育学者马丁·卡诺伊首先简要回顾了他的比较教育学术研究历程,即从教育与市场关系到政治经济权力框架内的教育系统功能解构分析。接下来,在新冠肺炎疫情全球扩散和国家主义不断兴起的背景下,马丁·卡诺伊就国际大规模学业评估背景下四大密切相关的问题进行了系统性反思与前瞻性预言。这些问题包括:全球化的最新发展趋势与教育改革的动态张力,国际大规模学业评估对教育政策与实践的影响,拉丁美洲、非洲和亚洲的教育发展趋势和国际与比较教育学科的建设与发展。最后,基于在斯坦福大学国际与比较教育项目长达半个世纪的研究经历,马丁·卡诺伊展望了比较教育学科的未来发展趋势。The internationally-renowned comparative education scholar Martin Carnoy first briefly reviewed his comparative education academic research process,that is,from the relationship between education and market to the deconstruction of educational system function in the framework of political and economic power.Next,under the background of COVID-19 global diffusion and nationalism rising,Martin Carnoy makes a systematic analysis of four closely related issues under the background of international large-scale academic achievement test:the latest development trend of globalization and the dynamic tension of educational reform,the impact of international large-scale academic assessment on educational policy and practice,the educational development trend in Latin America,Africa and Asia,and the construction and development of international and comparative education and forward-looking prediction.In addition,based on his half century research experience in the international and comparative education program of Stanford University,Martin Carnoy looks forward to the future development trend of comparative education.Martin Carnoy’s multiple theoretical perspectives and rigorous and detailed large-scale empirical research have brought profound enlightenment to the research of comparative education,education policy and education development in the new era.
