摘  要:积极改进有机磷农药残留检测方法,能够推动我国食品安全建设水平的发展。本文从改进食品中有机磷农药残留检测方法的重要性展开论述,阐述了合理简化检测流程、做好样品前处理操作、准确选用残留检测技术、设计好检测配套解决方案、改善配套检测设备的配置、有效运用快速检测技术和健全检测方法配套操作细则这几项食品有机磷农药残留检测的改进方法。Improving the detection method of organophosphorus pesticide residues can promote the development of food safety construction level in China.This paper discusses the importance of improving the detection method of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food,expounds the following items:reasonable simplification of detection process,sample pretreatment operation,accurate selection of residual detection technology,design of matching solutions for detection,improvement of configuration of supporting testing equipment,effective application of rapid detection technology and improvement of supporting operation rules of detection methods.The improved method of organophosphorus pesticide residue detection.
