摘 要:目的:评定LC-MS/MS法测定食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚的不确定度。方法:依据标准《食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚的测定》(BJS 201708)对食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚测定过程中的不确定度的各因子进行分析,建立来源图和数学模型量化不确定度各分量,全面分析不确定度来源并进行计算。结果:测得的食用植物油中乙基麦芽酚含量为190μg·kg^(-1),U=14μg·kg^(-1),k=2。测定过程中不确定度来源主要由标准品溶液配制、定容体积、样品称取、样品重复测定以及标准曲线等分量组成。结论:该研究可以反映测量乙基麦芽酚的置信度和准确度,为日常检测提供有利参考。Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oil by LC-MS/MS.Methods:According to the standard BJS 201708,the factors of uncertainty in the determination process of ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oil were analyzed,the source map and mathematical model were established to quantify the components of uncertainty,and the sources of uncertainty were comprehensively analyzed and calculated.Results:The content of ethyl maltol in edible vegetable oil is 190μg·kg^(-1),U=14μg·kg^(-1),k=2.In the process of determination,the sources of uncertainty are mainly composed of standard solution preparation,constant volume,sample weighing,repeated determination and standard curve.Conclusion:This study can reflect the confidence and accuracy of measuring ethyl maltol,and provide a useful reference for daily detection.
