摘　　要：欧洲最伟大的管理思想大师查尔斯·汉迪在《第二曲线》中指出:“一切事物发展都逃不开S型曲线(第一曲线),唯一的变数仅仅是曲线长度。如果企业能在第一曲线到达巅峰之前,找到带领企业二次腾飞的第二曲线,并且第二曲线在第一曲线达到顶点前开始增长,那么企业永续增长的愿景就能实现。”In this world all organisms,whether they are animals,humans or organizations and products created by humans,cannot escape a natural law of“life cycle”in the end.They must follow“iteration”to achieve life continuity.Iteration is the discovery and expansion of the second curve.Therefore,as an enterprise,the first job is to find the second curve.
