摘 要:基于自我损耗理论,提出并验证了工作中即时通讯过载通过影响员工的工作目标进展抑制员工的主动性行为表现的假设,并进一步讨论了即时通讯中心性和特质自我控制两个变量在以上关系中的调节作用。针对134名员工为期5天的日志法的研究发现:即时通讯过载对员工主动性行为产生负面影响,并被员工感知的工作目标进展所中介。即时通讯中心性更高和特质自我控制能力更低的员工,即时通讯过载通过感知的工作目标进展对主动性行为的间接效应更弱。Based on the ego-depletion theory,this paper proposes and verifies the hypothesis that instant messaging overload at work inhibits employees'active behavioral performance by affecting the progress of employees'work goals,and further discusses the moderating effects of instant messaging centrality and trait self-control.Analysis of 134 employees'5-day diary method show that instant messaging overload had a significant negative impact on employees'proactive behavior and was mediated by employees'perceived work goal progress.For employees with higher instant messaging centrality and lower trait self-control,instant messaging overload has a weaker indirect effect on proactive behavior through perceived work goal progress.
