摘　　要：教育方针是教育政策的总概括,其内容包括教育的服务面向、目的和实施途径三个核心要素。中国共产党在领导新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设、改革开放及社会主义现代化建设的百年征程中,先后提出过六个完整的教育方针,推动了中国教育的改革和发展,并且形成了丰富的历史经验:高度重视教育方针,坚持人民性,坚持以马克思主义理论为基础,始终把握住教育方针的核心要素。Guiding principle for education is the general summary of education policy,which includes three core elements:education service orientation,purpose and implementation approach.In the course of leading the new⁃democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,reform and opening up,and socialist moderniza⁃tion,the CPC has put forward six complete guiding principles for education,which have promoted the reform and development of China’s education and become historical experience.The CPC always attaches importance to the guiding principles,adheres to people⁃oriented policy,takes Marxism as the theoretical basis,and gets hold of the core elements of educational policy.
