摘  要:目的探讨膝关节镜手术虚拟仿真训练在骨伤科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年11月在北京中医药大学东直门医院进行住院规培学习的36名骨伤科硕士研究生,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组18名。对照组研究生进行为期45 d的理论教学和手术观摩,实验组研究生在对照组教学基础上增加膝关节镜手术虚拟仿真训练。比较2组不同时间手术实际操作考核评分和手术出错次数。结果实验组第45天的手术实际操作考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组第30、45天的手术出错次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜手术虚拟仿真训练在骨伤科临床教学中,能提高研究生的手术操作技能,为未来骨科手术技能训练提供了良好的方法,值得医学院校推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of virtual reality for knee arthroscopic surgery in clinical teaching of orthopedics and traumatology.Methods Thirty-six orthopedics graduate students underwent hospitalization training were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Among them,18 were in the experimental group and 18 were in the control group.The graduate students in the control group were given 45 days of theoretical teaching and surgical observation.The experimental group added virtual simulation training for knee arthroscopy surgery on the basis of the teaching of the control group.The actual operation assessment score and the number of surgical errors were compared between the two groups at different time.Results The actual operation assessment scores of the experimental group on day 45 were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of surgical errors in the experimental group on day 30 and 45 was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The virtual reality training for knee arthroscopy surgery can effectively improve learners’surgical operation skills,provide a good method for future orthopedic surgery skill training,and significantly shorten the training period of clinicians.It is worth popularizing and applying in medical colleges.
