摘　　要：翻转课堂教学模式(Flipped classroom model,FCM)及以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式在国内越来越被重视,中西医结合内科教学要实现课程整合背景下的“理实一体化”教育,思路和方法的革新以及中西医结合氛围的培养是其关键因素。本课题以中医内科学为主体,辅以西医内科学,改变目前以授课为基础的“填鸭式”学习方式,调动学生的积极性,促其形成正确的临床辨证思维能力,使中西医的“病证结合,优势互补”融入教学中,体现中西医临床结合的特色与优势,并采用全新的考核方式,激发学生使用多渠道进行知识的搜集和整理,使学生具备国际化的视野及学习思维。在教学互动中体现教学相长的真正内涵及真谛。The flipped classroom model(FCM)and the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model are increasingly valued in China,and the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine into internal medicine should achieve curriculum integration.The“integration of rationality”education,the innovation of ideas and methods,and the cultivation of the atmosphere of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine are the key factors.This topic is based on traditional Chinese medicine,supplemented by“internal medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine”,which changes the current cramming learning style based on lectures,mobilizes students’enthusiasm and promotes the formation of correct clinical dialectical thinking ability.Western medicine’s combination of disease and syndrome,complementary advantages"is integrated into the teaching,reflecting the characteristics and advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and adopting a new assessment method to stimulate students to use multi-channel forms to collect and organize knowledge,so that students have international vision and learning thinking.In the teaching interaction,the true connotation and sincerity of teaching and learning are reflected.
