摘　　要：客观结构化临床考试(Objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)是高等中医院校针灸学的一种创新考试模式,其创新点在于设定核心标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP)。采用该模式,不仅能有效地展现出医学生临床操作的真实技术水平,而且还能够增强学生未来工作中与患者沟通的基本能力,对其今后的医疗生涯和人际交往具有长久的指导意义。因而,大力推广并实施该模式具有极大的必要性和实践意义。Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)is an innovative examination mode of acupuncture in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Its innovation lies in the setting of core standardized patients(hereinafter referred to as SP).Using this model,not only can effectively show the real technical level of clinical operation of medical students,but also can enhance the basic ability of communication with patients in the future work of students,which has a long-term guiding significance for their future medical career and interpersonal communication.Therefore,it is of great necessity and practical significance to promote and implement this model.
