摘 要:设置接种组(接种抗酸化复合菌系(AAMC))、加碱组(添加MgO和K 2HPO 4)和对照组(自然堆肥)3个堆肥处理,采用元蛋白质组学技术,揭示AAMC对餐厨垃圾堆肥优势微生物演替的影响。结果表明:(1)接种和加碱组均可规避堆体温度延滞上升问题,分别在第5、6天即可满足美国环境保护署固废无害化标准。83.9%~94.1%的细菌群落集中在γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、芽孢杆菌纲(Bacilli)、放线菌纲(Actinobacteridae)和α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria),79.03%~89.09%的真菌群落集中在酵母纲(Saccharomycetes)、散囊菌纲(Eurotiomycetes)、裂殖酵母纲(Schizosaccharomycetes)和粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes)。(2)接种组放线菌纲相对丰度较大(7.28%~27.00%),加碱、对照组则分别为3.66%~6.12%、2.70%~10.71%。接种AAMC可显著提高乙酸和丙酸降解菌相对丰度和微生物多样性。Three composting experiments,such as inoculation group(inoculated with anti-acidification microbial consortium(AAMC)),adding alkali compound group(added with MgO and K 2HPO 4)and control group(natural composting)were set to reveal the effect of AAMC on the succession of dominant microorganisms in food waste composting by metproteomics technology.The results showed that:(1)both inoculation group and adding alkali compound group could eliminate the delay of composting temperature rise,and hygienic requirements could be achieved on day 5 and 6,respectively.The 83.9%-94.1%of bacterial proteins were concentrated in Gammaproteobacteria,Bacilli,Actinobacteridae and Alphaproteobacteria,while the 79.03%-89.09%of fungal proteins were derived from Saccharomycetes,Eurotiomycetes,Schizosomycetes and Sordariomycetes.(2)Actinobacteridae was 7.28%-27.00%in the inoculation group,3.66%-6.12%in the adding alkali compound group and 2.70%-10.71%in the control group.Inoculation with AAMC could significantly improve the relative abundance and diversity of bacteria.
