摘 要:目的研究纳豆激酶(NK)经十二指肠给药对FeCl3诱导大鼠大脑中动脉(MCA)形成血栓的溶栓作用。方法将wistar雄鼠随机分为模型对照组和NK组。用FeCl3贴线法制备大鼠MCA血栓模型,血栓形成后立即经十二指肠给药。给药24 h后取脑染色,统计脑梗死面积、脑含水量、神经系统症状评分。结果与模型对照组相比,NK组的脑梗死面积和神经症状24 h评分均明显偏小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型对照组和NK组的患侧脑含水量均明显高于正常侧脑含水量,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型对照组和NK组的患侧脑含水量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论NK经十二指肠给药能够明显减小大鼠脑梗死面积,改善神经系统损伤。Objective To study the thrombolytic effect of transduodenal administration of nattokinase(NK)on middle cerebral artery(MCA)thrombosis induced by FeCl3 in rats.Methods The wistar male rats were divided into the model control group and the NK group.The rat model of MCA thrombosis was prepared with FeCl3 stick line method,and given nattokinase through duodenum after the thrombogenesis.The brain was removed an dyed 24 h after administration.The cerebral infarction areaes,cerebral water contents and neurological symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results Wistar male rats were randomly divided into model control group and NK group.MCA rat model of thrombosis was prepared by FeCl3 suture method,and the drug was administered through duodenum immediately after thrombosis.Brain staining was taken 24 h after administration,and the infarct size,brain water content and neurological symptom score were counted.Conclusion Transduodenal administration of NK can significantly reduce the cerebral infarction area and improve the damage of the nervous system in rats.
