摘 要:当前,在线教育已成为后疫情时期全球教育发展的一个重要方向,教师在线教学胜任力也成了在线教育研究领域的焦点问题。它不仅是后疫情时期在线教育新生态可持续发展的关键,也是教师应对未来教育不确定性的重要能力。研究基于对新冠肺炎疫情期间全国13695名教师的调查数据,采用描述统计分析、多元线性回归分析、调节效应分析等方法,分析了教师在线教学胜任力的基本特征、影响因素、调节效应以及教师在线教学面临的挑战。研究结合布迪厄的场域理论,提出了后疫情时期发展教师在线教学胜任力策略模型,包括意识层、技术层、应用层、治理层的“四维度十策略”,四个层次相互协同融合发展教师在线教学胜任力,以期为高校教师在线教学高质量发展提供参考。Nowadays,online education has become an important direction of global education development in the post-epidemic period,and teachers'online teaching competence has also become the focus of online education research.Teachers'online teaching competence is not only the key to the sustainable development of the new ecology of online education in the post-epidemic period,but also an important ability for teachers to cope with the uncertainty of future education.Based on the survey data of 13695 teachers in China during the epidemic period,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics,influencing factors,moderating effect and challenges of teachers'online teaching competence by using descriptive statistical analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis.Finally,combined with Bourdieu's field theory,this paper puts forward a strategy model for developing teachers'online teaching competence in the post-epidemic period,including"four dimensions and ten strategies"of consciousness layer,technology layer,application layer and governance layer,which cooperate and integrate with each other to develop teachers'online teaching competence,in the hope of providing reference for the high-quality development of online teaching of college teachers.
