摘 要:为评估地铁被动式橡胶垫减振轨道在运营速度160 km/h条件下的动力性能,建立车辆-被动式橡胶垫减振轨道动力学耦合模型及被动式橡胶垫减振轨道有限元模型。对比分析设置谐振块的被动式橡胶减振轨道和框架型板式轨道的动力响应。结果表明:被动式橡胶垫减振轨道可以更好地抑制轨道板的振动及振动能量向基础传递。分析不同被动式减振轨道参数条件下地铁车辆通过时的动力学响应。结果表明:降低橡胶减振垫刚度、增加轨道板厚度或轨道板长度、增大谐振块质量以及减小谐振块下垫层刚度可以提高轨道的减振性能,轨道结构参数的变化对运行车辆的动力学性能影响较小。在不改变被动式减振轨道原有尺寸情况下,可采用降低轨道板下橡胶垫刚度和增大谐振块质量的组合方案以获得更好的减振效果。In order to evaluate the dynamic performance of the passive rubber mat vibration damping track at an operating speed of 160 km/h in metro,a vehicle-passive rubber mat vibration damping track dynamic coupling model and a passive vibration damping track finite element model are established.A comparative analysis of the dynamic responses of the passive rubber mat vibration damping track and the frame-type floating slab track shows that the passive rubber mat vibration damping track with attached resonant block can better suppress the track vibration and the downward transfer of vibration energy.The dynamic responses of metro vehicles passing under different passive rubber mat vibration damping track parameters are analyzed,and the results show that decreasing the stiffness of the rubber mat,increasing the thickness or length of the track slab,increasing the mass of the resonant block and decreasing the stiffness of the damping mat under the resonant block can improve the vibration attenuation performance of the track,and the changes of the track structure parameters have less influence on the dynamic performance of the running vehicle.Without changing the original dimensions of the passive damped track,the combination of decreasing the stiffness of the rubber mat under the track slab and increasing the mass of the resonant block can be adopted to obtain a better vibration damping effect.
