摘  要:目的分析药物联合心理干预对青少年抑郁症的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的62例青少年抑郁症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为单一治疗组和联合治疗组,每组31例。单一治疗组采用单一药物治疗,联合治疗组采用药物联合心理干预治疗。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组焦虑、抑郁评分和不良反应发生率均低于单一治疗组,治疗总有效率高于单一治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在青少年抑郁症患者中应用药物联合心理干预可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者焦虑抑郁情况,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze influence of drug combined with psychological intervention on adolescent patients with depression.Methods 62 adolescent patients with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into monotherapy group and combined therapy group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with single drug therapy,while the combination therapy group was treated with drug combined with psychological intervention.The anxiety and depression scores,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression,incidence rate of adverse reactions of the combined therapy group were lower than those of the monotherapy group,the total effective rate of the combined therapy group was higher than that of the monotherapy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drug combined with psychological intervention in adolescent patients with depression can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is worth clinical application.
