摘　　要：目的调查一般人口学因素对军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员岗位素质自评满意度的影响。方法自编满意度问卷,于2019年3月调查391名某军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员岗位素质自评满意度,比较不同性别、年龄、职称的自评满意度。结果不同性别毕业学员对总体岗位素质自评满意度比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.875,P=0.061),不同性别2个二级指标和28个三级指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且女性均高于男性(P<0.05);不同年龄段对总体岗位素质的自评满意度比较差异有统计学意义(F=9.506,P<0.001),不同年龄段9项二级指标和37项三级指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中45~49岁、55~59岁明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);不同职称对总体岗位素质的自评满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(F=25.478,P<0.001),不同职称9项二级指标和31项三级指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中高级职称高于其他类别。结论军医大学临床医学专业毕业学员的岗位素质自评满意度受一般人口学因素的影响;女性、45~49岁、55~59岁和高级职称自评满意度较高。Objective To investigate the influence of general demographic factors on self-rated satisfaction with post quality of clinical medical graduates in Military Medical University.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the self-rated satisfaction of 391 military medical graduates in March 2019,and the self-rated satisfaction of different gender,age and professional title was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the self-rated satisfaction of the graduates of different genders(t=1.875,P=0.061).There was significant difference in 2 secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators of different genders(P<0.05),and women were higher than men(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the self-rated satisfaction with overall post quality among different age groups(F=9.506,P<0.001).There was significant difference in 9 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indicators among different age groups(P<0.05).The age groups of 45-49 and 55-59 years were significantly higher than other age groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the self-rated satisfaction of different professional titles with the overall post quality(F=25.478,P<0.001).There was significant difference in 9 secondary indicators and 31 tertiary indicators of different professional titles(P<0.05),among which senior professional titles were higher than other categories.Conclusion The general demographic factors affect the self-rated satisfaction with post quality of military medical graduates;Female,45-49 years old,55-59 years old and senior professional title had higher self-rated satisfaction.
