高职院校学生职业成熟度影响因素实证分析——以深圳市两所高职院校为例

摘　　要：运用方差分析等方法,以深圳市两所高职院校为例,分析深圳市高职院校学生的职业成熟度水平,并探索人口学变量、个体经历及家庭因素对职业成熟度的影响。结果发现,性别及专业这两项人口学变量能够显著地影响高职学生的职业成熟度;个体经历方面,社团、学生干部以及兼职实践经历能对职业成熟度产生显著影响;家庭因素方面,背景、社会经济水平以及父母的受教育水平对高职学生职业成熟度影响显著。要提高学生职业成熟度,个体应拓宽眼界,大胆地体验多种实践活动;学校需因材施教,改善职业辅导策略;父母也应做好高职学生职业道路的引路人。Taking two higher vocational colleges in Shenzhen as examples, this paper uses variance analysis and other methods to systematically analyze the influencing factors of vocational students’ vocational ability from three perspectives, namely, demographic variables, individual experience and family factors. The results show that there are significant differences in vocational maturity between different genders and different majors. The experiences of student associations, student cadres and part-time jobs all have significant influence on vocational maturity. Family background, economic level and parents’ educational level can also significantly affect students’ vocational maturity. To improve students’ vocational maturity, individuals should broaden their horizon and boldly experience a variety of practical activities. Schools should learn to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and rationally allocate vocational guidance resources. At the same time, parents should give their children proper career guidance.
