摘　　要：根据我们多年自然教育志愿者服务经验,设计"志愿服务小调查"表,通过微信发送到相关志愿者群里,回收有效问卷207份,以统计、分析深圳自然教育志愿者的服务现状和现存的主要问题,并提出发挥自然教育志愿者主观能动性的对策建议,政府、志愿组织、志愿者齐心努力,共同营造深圳自然教育志愿者"引得进、留得住、重激励、常服务"健康持续发展机制。Based on years’of experience in volunteer service for natural education,we designed a"survey on volunteer service"and sent it to relevant volunteer groups through wechat.207 valid questionnaires were collected to analyze the service status and existing main problems of natural education volunteers in Shenzhen.We put forward countermeasures and suggestions to motivate volunteers.The volunteers will make concerted efforts to create a healthy and sustainable development mechanism of"attracting,nurturing,encouraging and serving"for Shenzhen natural education volunteers.
