摘　　要：随着互联网和现代化信息技术的发展,企业市场环境日益复杂化、国际化,知识经济时代背景下企业实施突破性创新的影响因素也随之多样化。为研究IT驱动的知识吸收能力如何影响企业的突破性创新,本文基于知识吸收能力理论、知识整合理论和组织任务环境理论,系统构建IT驱动的知识吸收能力影响企业突破性创新的机制模型,并研究知识整合与组织任务环境对作用过程的影响机制。研究结果表明IT驱动的知识吸收能力通过企业知识整合对企业突破性创新具有显著正向影响,而组织任务环境起调节作用。With the development of Internet and modern information technology,the market environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complicated and internationalized.Under the background of knowledge economy,the influencing factors of enterprises’implementing breakthrough innovation are also diversified.In order to study the impact of IT-driven knowledge absorption capacity on the breakthrough innovation of enterprises,this paper systematically constructs a mechanism model of IT-driven knowledge absorptive capacity influencing breakthrough innovation based on knowledge absorptive capacity theory,knowledge integration theory and organizational task environment theory,and studies the influence mechanism of knowledge integration and organizational task environment on action process.The results show that IT-driven knowledge absorption capacity has a significant positive impact on enterprise breakthrough innovation through enterprise knowledge integration,while organizational task environment plays a regulatory role.
