摘  要:为探究国内包容型领导研究的状况,使用关键词检索在国内主流文献数据库中采集文献255篇,采用CiteSpace软件对2010-2020年国内包容型领导研究进行可视化分析。结果发现:本土学者自2010年起就关注到包容性领导力的重要性,但直到“inclusive leadership”概念被引入后,包容型领导研究才得到充分重视和快速发展;当前,包容型领导研究已经成为国内领导科学研究中的成熟领域,吸引了众多研究者关注,文献产出数量逐年提高,研究机构逐渐集中,学术共同体逐步形成;关键词分布分析结果发现,国内包容型领导研究主要包含8个热点主题,其中包容型领导对工作绩效的促进作用已经得到验证,对员工建言行为和创新行为的作用机制还有待探索。未来,包容型领导的本土化研究和应用研究将会成为研究者关注的新热点。In order to explore the status quo of domestic inclusive leadership research,255 articles were collected from the domestic mainstream literature database using keyword search,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct a visualization analysis on inclusive leadership research in China from the year of 2010 to 2020.The results show:(1)Although Chinese scholars has paid special attention to the importance of inclusive leadership since 2010,the research on inclusive leadership didn't make rapid and noticeable progress until the concept was imported from abroad.(2)At present,inclusive leadership has become a mature field in domestic leadership science research,attracting extensive attention of many researchers.The output number of literatures is increasing rapidly year by year,the research institutions are becoming concentrated,and the academic community has been formed gradually.(3)The result of keyword distribution analysis shows that the research on inclusive leadership in China mainly includes 8 hot topics,among which the enhancement of inclusive leadership on employee job performance has been verified.The effect mechanism on employee's suggestion behavior and innovation behavior still remains to be explored.In the future,the localization research and the application research on inclusive leadership will become new hot topics for researchers.
