试论互联网时代乡村人才培养教学模式的创新

摘　　要：在“互联网+”的融合与创新思想指导下,“建构主义学习理论、激励理论和移动学习理论”与“农村干部学历提升工程”的教学模式存在内在联系,“12345多元混合教学模式”在乡村人才培养探索过程中所显现出的创新性效果,为在远程教育、职业教育、高等教育的融合创新中复制与推广这一新型教学模式提供借鉴与参考。Under the guidance of the integration and innovative thinking of“Internet+”,the teaching model of“Constructivism Learning Theory,Motivation Theory and Mobile Learning Theory”and the“Rural Cadre Educational Enhancement Project”is inherently linked.“The 12345 multi-mixed teaching mode”has shown innovative effects in the process of exploring rural talents training,which provide a reference for copying and promoting this new teaching model in the integration and innovation of distance education,vocational education,and higher education.
