摘　　要：分析了目前高职“乳品加工技术”课程教学过程中存在的问题,并从课前、课中、课后和课堂激励评价措施4个方面,对“乳品加工技术”课程线上线下“互联网+教学”的混合式教学模式的构建进行了探讨,旨在通过教学模式的改革促进学生深度学习,以提升学生能力培养。This paper analyzed the current higher vocational Dairy Processing Technology course teaching problems existing in the process,and from the class,class,after class and class incentive evaluation,measures for online Dairy Processing Technology course teaching of“Internet+”of the construction of the hybrid teaching model were discussed in this paper,aimed to promote students deep learning by the reform of teaching mode,to enhance the students ability training.
