摘  要:将课程思政融入到专业教育中,是提高食品行业人才职业素养的有效途径之一。基于食品专业的学生特点并结合现阶段思政教育的要求,介绍了“食品工艺原理”课程思政的建设背景与目标,探索了课程思政融入点和元素设计,介绍了具体的教学方法,分析了课程思政实施过程中存在的问题并提出了建议,以期为食品专业培养更多高素质的应用型人才。It is one of the effective ways to improve the professional moral quality by integrating ideological and political education into the professional education.Based on the characteristics of the students majoring in food and the requirements of the ideological and political education at the present stage,this paper introduced the background and objective of the Principle of Food Processing,explored the integration point and element design of the ideological and political integration of the curriculum,introduced the teaching method of the curriculum,analyzed the problems existing in the practice of ideological and political education,put forward corresponding suggestions subsequently,and looking forward to training more high-quality applied talents for the food specialty.
