药物化学教学中构建知识网络的应用与实践

摘　　要：药学化学是建立在化学、生物学、临床医学、计算机科学等多个学科基础之上的交叉学科,是药学相关专业本科生的必修专业课程。课程内容涉及有较多复杂的结构式和反应式,以及大量相关学科的知识点。通过构建药物化学学科内部的知识网络以及与其他药学相关课程之间的知识网络,能够促进知识内容的整合,提高知识内容的掌握程度,为药学人才培养提供新的模式和方向。Medicinal Chemistryis an interdisciplinary subject based on multiple disciplines such as Chemistry,Biology,Clinical Medicineand Computer Science.It is a compulsory professional course for undergraduates majoring in Pharmacy.A large number of complex structural formulas and reaction formulas,as well as many knowledge points of related subjects,were included in the course content.By constructing the knowledge network within the discipline of Medicinal Chemistry and the knowledge network with other Pharmacy-related courses,the integration of knowledge content couldbe promoted,the mastery of knowledge content couldbe improved,and new models and directions for Pharmacy talent training couldbe provided.
