高职百万扩招困境与出路探析

摘　　要：2020年高职院校再续扩招200万人,是确保国家经济平稳运行及稳定和扩大就业的有效举措。高职院校在完成2019年扩招实战的基础上,对招生方式、宣传策划、教学管理、就业服务等方面进行深入的理论研究,提出2020年高职百万扩招工作的具体落实方案,以扩招为契机培养数量充足的高素质技术技能型人才,壮大实体经济促进经济社会发展,缓解就业压力,提升高职院校高质量发展水平。In 2020,higher vocational colleges continued to enroll additional two millions of students,which was an effective measure to ensure stable operation of national economy and to stabilize and expand employment.On the basis of completing the actual expansion of enrollment in 2019,it conducted in-depth theoretical research on enrollment methods,publicity planning,teaching management,employment services,etc.,and proposed specific implementation plans for the enrollment expansion of millions of higher vocational students in 2020,which serves as an opportunity to cultivate a sufficient number of high-quality technical and skillful talents,strengthen real economy to promote economic and social development,relieve employment pressure,and improve high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
