摘 要:工程训练课程是工科专业必修的基础课,由于实践性强、学生众多,教师的授课压力较大,很难开展针对性辅导。本文面向工程训练的客观需求,利用信息化手段改造传统机加工设备为智能设备,实现了机床设备操作状态的分布式监控。与此同时,通过引入分布式教学方法,开展基于"物联网+"技术的教学改革,兼顾了集中授课的高效性和小组协同的灵活性,有利于因材施教,提升教学效果。Engineering training is a compulsory course for engineering majors.Due to its strong practicality and large number of students,the teachers are under great teaching pressure.Therefore,the pertinent assistance to each student is difficult to carry out.In this paper,the information technology is applied to transform the traditional machining equipment into the intelligent device to meet the requirement of engineering training.The distributed monitoring for the operation status of machine tools is realized.Meanwhile,the distributed teaching method is introduced to carry out the teaching reform based on internet of things.Since the approach has the advantages of both the effectiveness of centralized teaching and the fl exibility of group teaching,it can cater for all abilities and improve the quality of teaching.
