基于三重底线理论的东方航空社会责任评价

摘　　要：从企业社会责任的三重底线理论视角入手,探讨了航空公司社会责任的内涵,从经济、社会和环境三个层面分析了东方航空公司履责现状,在此基础上,构建了航空公司社会责任评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法对东方航空近10年社会责任的相关情况进行了分析。Based on the triple bottom line theory of corporate social responsibility,the paper discussed the connotation of the social responsibility of airline companies,and analyzed the performance of China Eastern Airlines in social responsibility fulfillment from the three aspects of economy,society and environment.On such basis,the paper built the social responsibility evaluation index system for airline companies,and analyzed the related situation of social responsibility fulfillment of China Eastern Airlines in the past 10 years using principal component analysis method.
