摘  要:新时代,未来人力资源需求的特点是创新性、多样化、多层次。创新实践教学模式,是职业教育人才培养的重要渠道。基于新时代背景,以“德技兼修”为导向,分析了目前国内职业教育实践教学存在的问题,并提出了解决的办法:人才培养目标是融合双创,德技兼修;课程开发育训结合;教学实施主体多元、形式多样;教学评价基于CIPP实践教学评价体系,列出12个子指标,评价立体多维。最后以旅游管理专业为例,进行实证分析。In the new era,the future human resources demand is characterized by innovation,diversification and multilevel.Innovating practical teaching mode is an important channel for vocational education training.Based on the background of the new era and guided by"moral and technical training",this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice teaching of vocational education in China,and puts forward the following solutions:personnel training objectives,integration of mass innovation,moral and technical training,curriculum development,combination of education and training,the diversified main body of teaching implementation and the various forms,teaching evaluation based on the CIPP practical teaching evaluation system with 12 sub-indicators and the multidimensional evaluation.Finally,taking tourism management specialty as an example,this paper carried out the empirical analysis.
