摘 要:创新是教育发展的灵魂,对推动教育教学改革具有战略性意义。随着互联网、云计算、人工智能等技术的发展和应用,创新的思维正从革新驱动的“宏创新”模式向应用驱动的“微创新”模式转移。目前,微创新已经发展成为具有巨大创新潜力的方式之一,微创新的持续发展可演变为宏创新模式。为此,研究首先探讨了微创新的内涵,提炼并归纳了宏创新和微创新的范围,明确了宏创新与微创新存在辩证统一和同一关联关系,阐述了从微创新到宏创新的发展之隐喻——微创新裂变。然后,对翻转课堂、可汗学院和混合学习的发展历程进行回溯与分析,研究发现微创新到宏创新的演变遵循了“开展、传导、激发、启发、融入”的微创新裂变机制,并且在技术赋能、需求拉动、成果导向和理念引导的综合作用下实现持续的演化。基于此,构建了微创新裂变的演化理论模型。最后,立足于教师教育智慧发展,为教师提出了几点微创新开展的普适性原则,以期能对教育领域微创新的实践和裂变演化提供一些思路与借鉴。Innovation is the soul of education development,and it is of strategic significance to promote education and teaching reform.With the development and application of technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,innovative thinking is shifting from an innovation-driven“macro-innovation”pattern to an application-driven“micro-innovation”pattern.At present,micro-innovation has developed into one method with great innovation potential,and the continuous development of micro-innovations can grow into a macro-innovation pattern.For this reason,firstly,this research explores the connotation of micro-innovation,refines and summarizes the scope of macro-innovation and micro-innovation,clarifies the relationship of dialectical unity and the same between macro-innovation and micro-innovation,and elaborates the metaphor of the development from microinnovation to macro-innovation—The fission of micro innovation.secondly,the Flipped Classroom,the Khan Academy,and Blended Learning’s development process reviewed and analyzed.The research found that the evolution from micro-innovation to largescale innovation followed the micro-innovation fission mechanism of“development,transmission,stimulation,inspiration,and integration”,and realizing its continuous evolution under the combined effect of four factors:technology-empowered,demand-pulled,result-oriented and idea-oriented.Based on the development of teachers’pedagogical wisdom,construct the evolution law model of micro-innovation fission.Finally,we put forward a few universal principles for the development of micro-innovations for teachers,to provide some ideas and references for the practice and fission evolution of micro-innovations in the field of education.
