摘 要:目的:开发基于标准化病人的“胫骨骨折”情景模拟教学案例并进行评价。方法:以Jeffries模拟理论为指导,遵循国际护理临床模拟教学协会(International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning,INACSL)最佳实践标准,设计基于标准化病人的“胫骨骨折”情景模拟教学案例,在我院2016级、2017级的150名护理本科生中运行该案例,结束后使用“模拟教学设计量表”(Simulation Design Scale,SDS)和“医学模拟引导性反馈评价”(The Debriefing Assessment for Simulation in Healthcare,DASH)对模拟教学进行评价。结果:150名护理本科生的SDS量表各维度均分在4.47~4.62之间,DASH量表各要点均分在6.25~6.53之间。结论:基于标准化病人的《胫骨骨折》情景模拟教学案例在护理本科生的教学中切实可行,有较高的教学评价。Objective:To develop and evaluate the tibial fracture simulation based on Standardized Patients.Methods:Based on Jeffries theory,a tibial fracture simulation based on Standardized Patient was designed according to the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning(INACSL)standards of best practice.The simulation was run among 150 nursing undergraduates of grade 2016 and 2017 in our school,and evaluated by them using Simulation Design Scale(SDS)and the Debriefing Assessment for Simulation in Healthcare(DASH).Results:The scores of SDS and DASH were 4.47-4.62 and 6.25-6.53 respectively,which were in a high level.Conclusion:The tibial fracture simulation based on Standardized Patients is feasible in the teaching of undergraduate nursing students and the evaluation results are good.
