摘  要:以石油醚为提取溶剂,采用超声破壁-溶剂提取法拟从野生袍树芽中提取ω-3系列不饱和脂肪酸。GC-MS分析得出其总含量超过80%,主要由α-亚麻酸、二十碳五烯酸等成分组成。对所提取的不饱和脂肪酸进行理化性质的探讨与分析,发现pH对溶液吸光度的影响较大,可以影响到实际的分子结构组成从而影响稳定性。皂化工艺的处理可以有效降低溶液灰分,从而提升不饱和脂肪酸纯度。抗氧化性方面,对DPPH·清除率最大为74.3%,对·OH清除率最大为57.1%。测定出提取液的酸值为(1.23±0.05)mg KOH/g,碘值为(143.75±0.05)g I_(2)/g,折光系数为1.38,相对密度为0.92。Theω-3 series unsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 UFA)were extracted from the wild robe buds using petroleum ether as extraction solvent and ultrasonic wall-breaking extraction method.The GC-MS analysis showed thatω-3 UFA was mainly composed ofα-linolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid and its contents were more than 80%.The physicochemical properties ofω-3 UFA were analyzed.It was found that pH influenced on the solution absorbance and could affect the actual molecular structure and stability.The saponification process could reduce the ash content in the solution effectively and improve the purity ofω-3 UFA.In terms of antioxidant activity,the scavenging rate of DPPH·free radicals was 74.3%,and that of·OH free radicals were 57.1%.Through testing the extracting solution,the acid value was(1.23±0.05)mg KOH/g;Iodine value was(143.75±0.05)g I_(2)/g;Refractive index was 1.38;And relative density was 0.92.
