摘　　要：试验通过制备多菌灵半抗原,并将其应用于一种能够快速检测干烟叶、鲜烟叶中多菌灵的试纸条。经过测试,该试纸条对干烟叶的检测限为2 000μg/kg,对鲜烟叶的检测限为300μg/kg,检测时间为15 min,假阳性率和假阴性率均为0,与噻苯达唑、甲基托布津、托布津、2-氨基苯并咪唑等药物不存在交叉反应,技术指标均符合《农残办技术材料要求及审查程序》要求。该方法准确、可靠、使用简便,适合大量样品的现场检测。In this study, carbendazim hapten was prepared and applied to a test strip capable of rapidly detecting carbendazim in dry and fresh tobacco leaves. After testing, the test strip had a detection limit of 2 000 μg/kg for dry tobacco leaves, a detection limit of 300 μg/kg for fresh tobacco leaves, and a detection time of 15 min. Both the false positive rate and false negative rate were 0. There were no cross-reactions of drugs such as methyltobzine, tobzine, 2-aminobenzimidazole, etc., and the technical indicators were in compliance with the requirements of the Technical Materials and Examination Procedures of Pesticide Residues Office. The method was accurate, simple, reliable and convenient to rapidly detect carbendazimon the spot.
