摘  要:中国椰青加工主要靠人力,针对其加工效率低、人身安全风险系数高、加工机自动化程度低等问题。根据TRIZ理论,提出一种基于PLC的椰青加工机电气控制系统。给出椰青加工机械的结构和工作原理,根据工作原理设计控制流程图,以PLC为核心对控制系统进行设计,给出主电路图、外部接线图、顺序功能图等。通过PLC完成对步进电机、切割电机及各气缸的控制,实现压头固定椰子、轮盘转动、圆形刀组对椰子顶部侧面去皮、机械手夹紧椰子等的自动控制。给出仿真和试验。该控制系统运行可靠,满足椰青加工的工艺控制要求。此方案设计合理,自动化程度高,具有一定工程实际意义。Broccoli processing mainly relies on human resources in our country, aiming at the problems of low processing efficiency, high personal safety risk coefficient and low automation of processing machine. According to TRIZ theory, PLC based electrical control system for broccoli processing machine is proposed. The structure and working principle of broccoli processing machinery are given. The control flow chart is designed on working principle. The control system is designed with PLC as the core. The main circuit diagram, external wiring diagram and sequence function diagram are given. PLC is used to control the stepping motor, cutting motor and each cylinder, to realize the automatic control of the fixed coconut of the pressure head, the rotation of the wheel disc, the peeling of the top side of the coconut by the round knife group, and the clamping of the coconut by the manipulator. The simulation and experiment are given. The control system runs reliably and meets the process control requirements of coconut green processing. The design of the scheme is reasonable and highly automatic, which has a certain practical significance in engineering.
