摘 要:以提升滚筒式烘干机温度控制的稳定性、抗干扰性,降低失烘率为目的,提出基于稳态ANN模型的滚筒式烘干机全过程温度控制方法。稳态ANN模型依据烘干物来料流量、入口含水率与设定的出口含水率目标值,计算获取烘干物所需的脱水量,通过调节筒壁入口蒸汽压力,控制筒壁温度;利用ANN模型计算物料烘干所需排潮风门开度和热风风门开度,并将筒壁温度、排潮风门开度和热风风门开度作为实际控制信号输送到逆ANN模型中,通过对三者的连续调节完成烘干全过程的温度控制。试验结果表明,该方法具备烘干过程温度控制的有效性,且稳定性和抗干扰性俱佳,在该方法控制下烘干物的失烘率低于2%,更适用于滚筒式烘干机全过程温度控制。In order to improve the stability and anti-interference of temperature control of drum dryer and reduce the loss of drying rate, a temperature control method for the whole process of drum dryer based on steady-state ANN model is proposed. The steady ANN model calculates the required dewaterage of the dried material according to the incoming material flow, the inlet moisture and the set target value of the moisture at the outlet;control the cylinder wall temperature by adjusting the steam pressure at the inlet of the cylinder wall. The actual control signal is transmitted to the inverse ANN model, and the temperature control of the whole drying process is completed by continuous adjustment of the three. The experimental results show that this method has the effectiveness of temperature control during drying process, and the stability and anti-interference are good. The drying loss rate under the control of this method is less than 2%, and it is more suitable for the whole process temperature control of tumble dryer.
