摘 要:建立微波消解联合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法快速检测技术同时测定广西六堡茶中Li、Be、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Mo、Sr、Cd、Sn、Sb、Tl、Pb共16种无机元素含量的检测方法。该方法采用HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)酸消解体系对六堡茶样品进行微波消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定无机元素含量。结果表明,各待测元素标准曲线线性关系良好,在0~500μg/L线性范围内相关系数均大于0.9994,检出限为0.0001~0.456 mg/kg。各元素加标试验的加标质量浓度范围为1.00~50.0μg/L,回收率在90.2%~110.1%之间,精密度试验相对标准偏差(σ_(RSD))为0.59%~5.45%(n=6)。采用国家标准物质GBW 10020、GBW 10052、GBW 07603对该分析方法进行验证,16种元素含量的测定结果均在证书规定要求范围内。该方法快速准确,适应大批量、多元素同时检测的要求,可为广西六堡茶中无机元素含量的检测提供参考。A method for the rapid and simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of inorganic elements including Li,Be,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Mo,Sr,Cd,Sn,Sb,Tl and Pb in Liubao tea from Guangxi by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion was established.In the method,the tea samples were digested in HNO3-H2O2 mixture by microwave digestion system,and then the inorganic elements concentration was determined by ICP-MS.The analysis results showed that the standard curves of each element were determined,and had good linear relation that all of the correlation coefficients more than 0.9994 in the linear range of 0–500μg/L.The detection limits were 0.0001-0.456 mg/kg.The recoveries of spiked Liubao tea samples were in the range of 90.2%-110.1%at spiked concentration levels of 1.00-50.0μg/L,and the relative standard deviations(σ_(RSD))of precision test were 0.59%-5.45%(n=6).The method was also validated by standard reference materials(GBW 10020,GBW 10052 and GBW 07603),and the determination results of 16 elements were all within the standard value range.It was indicated that the method has the advantages of rapidness and accuracy,which was suitable for the demand of large batch and multi-element simultaneous detection.The proposed new method could provide reference for the determination of inorganic elements in Liubao tea.
