摘 要:为了满足狭窄空间的精密驱动与控制需求,提出一种结构简单、紧凑、体积小、重量轻的贴片式纵弯复合型直线超声电机。通过两相电信号激励电机定子产生纵弯复合模态,并在驱动足处耦合出椭圆轨迹,从而经摩擦作用驱动动子实现电机的双向运动。首先,采用传递矩阵法建立定子系统机电耦合模型以分析定子的动力学特性,并对定子结构尺寸进行优化设计。其次,加工并装配定子的原理样机,通过测振实验验证了理论模型的正确性。最后,搭建实验平台并对电机原理样机进行了机械输出性能测试,结果表明:在峰峰值200V驱动电压下,电机原理样机在左右2个方向上的最佳驱动频率分别为35.6kHz和35.7kHz,对应的最大空载速度分别为486mm/s和551mm/s,最大推力为0.4 N;在峰峰500V驱动电压下,电机原理样机在左右2个方向上的最大推力分别为0.48N和0.46N。To meet the demands for precise driving and control in narrow space,this study presented a bonded type longitudinal bending hybrid linear ultrasonic motor with simple structure,compact,small volume,and lightweight.The stator of the motor was excited to produce longitudinal-bending hybrid mode,and the elliptical motion was coupled at the driving foot.Thus,the linear motions of the motor in both directions were driven by friction.Firstly,an electromechanical coupling model of the stator was established by using the transfer matrix method to analyze its dynamic characteristics and to optimize its structural parameters.Secondly,the prototype of the stator was manufactured and assembled,and the correctness of the developed theoretical model was verified by the vibration measurement experiments.Finally,the experimental platform was built and the mechanical output performances of the assembled motor prototype were tested.The results show that:under peak-to-peak value 200 V driving voltage,the optimal driving frequency of the motor prototype in the left and right directions are 35.6 kHz and 35.7 kHz,respectively,and the corresponding maximum no-load speeds are 486 mm/s and 551 mm/s,respectively.The maximum thrust is 0.4 N;the maximum thrusts of the prototype are 0.48 N and 0.46 N in the left and right directions under peak-to-peak value 500 V driving voltage,respectively.
