摘 要:媒体融合时代,信息生态、传播格局、传播方式发生剧烈变化,对同样发挥信息传播与咨询作用的高校图书馆参考咨询服务产生深刻影响,因此,文章通过探究参考咨询服务体系影响因素,促进未来参考咨询工作高质量发展。对高校不同年级与身份的用户、咨询馆员进行深度访谈,获取数据,按照扎根理论的规范流程进行编码分析,构建高校图书馆参考咨询服务体系影响因素模式,总结出高校图书馆参考咨询服务体系影响因素主要包括5个方面:用户需求、服务认知、馆员素质、服务平台、资源及内容。基于此,针对性提出打造融媒体中心、构建媒体智库、再造服务流程的改进策略,以期为高校图书馆参考咨询服务的发展提供借鉴与思考。In the era of media convergence,information ecology,communication pattern and communication mode have undergone drastic changes,which have a profound impact on the reference service of university libraries,which also play the role of information communication and consultation.Therefore,by exploring the influencing factors of the reference service system,we will promote the high-quality development of reference service in the future.This paper conducts in-depth interviews with users and reference librarians of different grades and status in colleges and universities,obtains data,conducts coding analysis according to the normative process of grounded theory,constructs the influencing factor model of reference service system of college library,and concludes that the influencing factors of reference service system of college library mainly include five aspects:user demand,service cognition,librarian quality,service platform,resources and content.Based on this,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of building the media center,constructing the media think tank and reconstructing the service process,in the hope of providing reference and thinking for the reference service development of university library.
