基于艾宾浩斯记忆曲线的负反馈模拟实战演练方案在警察院校学生心肺复苏培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于艾宾浩斯记忆曲线的负反馈模拟实战演练方案在警察院校学生心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法选择某警院治安专业2017年两个班级共96名学生作为研究对象,甲班48名为对照组,乙班48名为试验组,对照组采用传统培训方法,试验组根据艾宾浩斯记忆曲线原理,分别在8个记忆周期即第1天、第2天、第4天、第7天、第15天、第28天、第56天、第90天进行负反馈模拟实战演练方案,3个月后进行理论考核、技能考核、急救综合素质评价。结果培训后试验组理论、技能考核成绩分别为90.52±2.84、91.38±2.84,理论、技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组技能操作五项指标质量合格率分别为87.50%、83.33%、79.17%、75.00%、77.08%,急救综合素质五项得分分别为4.25±0.73、4.33±0.72、4.50±0.71、3.90±0.97、4.25±0.73,总分21.50±2.09,技能操作指标质量、急救综合素质均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于艾宾浩斯记忆曲线的负反馈模拟实战演练方案在警察院校学生CPR培训中的应用,能有效提高警察院校学生CPR技能的保持率,优化技能操作质量,提升警察院校学生急救综合素质。Objective To explore the application effect of the negative feedback simulation practical training scheme based on Ebbinghaus memory curve in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for police college students. Methods A total of 96 students from 2 classes of public security major in a police college were selected as the research objects by cluster sampling. 48 students from Class A were selected as the control group and 48 students from class B as the experimental group. The control group adopted the traditional training method, and the experimental group conducted negative feedback simulation practical training scheme on the 1 st,2 nd,4 th,7 th,15 th,28 th,56 th and 90 th day respectively according to the principle of memory Ebbinghaus memory curve. Results After the training,the theoretical and skill assessment scores of the experimental group( 90. 52 ± 2. 84 and 91. 38 ±2. 84) were higher than those of the control group( P<0. 05). The qualified rate of five indicators of skill operation in the experimental group was 87. 50%,83. 33%,79. 17%,75. 00% and 77. 08%,and the five scores of comprehensive quality of first aid were 4. 25 ± 0. 73,4. 33 ± 0. 72,4. 50 ± 0. 71,3. 90 ±0. 97 and 4. 25 ± 0. 73,respectively,the total score was 21. 50 ± 2. 09. The quality of skill operation indicators and comprehensive quality of first aid in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusions The application of the negative feedback simulation practical training scheme based on Ebbinghaus memory curve in the CPR training of police college students can effectively improve the retention rate of CPR skills of police college students,optimize the quality of skill operation,and improve the comprehensive quality of first aid of police college students.
