摘　　要：在厘清国内外相关文献的基础上,梳理了创业者人格特质对创业活动的作用机理,剖析了创业者人格特质的内涵。研究发现:创业者人格特质对创业活动存在主导、传导和调节3种不同的作用机理,创业者人格特质对创业活动(创业意向、创业行为、创业绩效)产生异质性影响,分析了创业者消极人格特质对创业活动的影响,并提出创业者人格特质未来的研究方向。Based on the research of domestic and foreign relative literatures,this article sorts out the mechanism effects of entrepreneurs'personality traits on entrepreneurial activities,and analyzes the connotation of entrepreneur personality traits.It is found out that entrepreneur traits have three different mechanism of action on entrepreneurial intentions,such as the mechanisms of dominant,transmission and adjustment.Meanwhile,entrepreneurs'personality traits have heterogeneity effects on entrepreneurial activities like entrepreneurial intention,behavior and performance.The article also analyzes the impact of entrepreneur's negative personality traits on entrepreneurial activities,and finally prospects the future research orientation of entrepreneurs'personality traits.
