摘　　要：儿童自闭症评定量表是一种用于识别和量化自闭症谱系障碍儿童症状严重程度的行为观察量表,现已发展到第二版,拓展为标准版、高功能版和家长问卷三种形式。儿童自闭症评定量表具备较好的信效度,对自闭症谱系障碍行为表现的描述客观、具体、可评量,加之耗时较短、简单易行,现已成为自闭症谱系障碍诊断中常用的辅助性工具。通过介绍该量表的发展演变与临床应用,为我国构建标准化自闭症谱系障碍筛查工具提供实践启示。Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)is a behavioral observation scale,which is used to identify and quantify the severity of symptoms in children with autism spectrum disorders.Now it has been developed to the second edition which are expanded into three forms of standard version,high-function version and parent questionnaire.With good reliability and validity,CARS is objective,specific and measurable in describing the behavioral performance of children with autism,and is simple and easy to operate.It has become a commonly used auxiliary tool in the diagnosis of autism.By introducing the development and clinical application of this scale,this paper provides practical inspiration for the construction of standardized autism screening tools in China.
