摘　　要：从经济社会高质量发展的要求入手,论文提出了新疆经济转型发展需要大批创新型人才,而创新型人才需要“三师型”教师库提供智力支持。分析了构建“三师型”教师库的现实意义和目前的研究现状,提出了注重顶层设计规划,从企业、高校层面构建“三师型”教师库的具体措施建议。starting from the requirements of high-quality economic and social development,this paper puts forward that Xinjiang's economic transformation and development needs a large number of innovative talents,and innovative talents need“three qualification”teacher pool to provide intellectual support for them.This paper analyzes the practical significance and current research status of building the“three qualification”teacher library,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions for building the“three qualification”teacher library from the enterprise and university level.
