摘　　要：人工智能引领现代教育出现跨越式发展,给医学教育带来了巨大的发展机遇。诊断学作为医学桥梁课,传统的教学方法不足以满足现代医学的要求,如何发挥人工智能的应用优势,让其更好地应用于诊断学的教学工作,将是诊断学课程教改的重要研究方向。人工智能应用于诊断学教学在教师方面、学生方面以及教学过程中均具有明显优势,智能教学系统有利于拓展教学内容、因材施教,智能网络组卷阅卷系统使教师教学更高效,智能仿真教学系统是临床实践教学的重要补充。人工智能应用于诊断学教学完全符合"新医科"建设的要求,能够为培养复合型医学人才注入新的动力。Artificial intelligence leads the leaping development of modern education and brings great development opportunities to medical education.As a bridge course of medicine,the traditional teaching methods of diagnostics are not enough to meet the requirements of modern medicine.How to give full play to the application advantages of artificial intelligence and make it better used in the teaching of diagnostics will be an important research direction of the teaching reform of diagnostics.The application of artificial intelligence in diagnostics teaching has obvious advantages in teachers,students and teaching process.Intelligent teaching system is conducive to expanding teaching content and teaching students according to their aptitudes.Intelligent test paper and marking system makes teaching more efficient.Intelligent emulation teaching system is an important supplement to clinical practice teaching.The application of artificial intelligence in the teaching of diagnostics fully meets the requirements of the construction of"new medicine",which can pour into new motive power for cultivation of compound medical talents.
