摘 要:《全球成人学习与教育课程》是由联合国教科文组织终身学习研究所(UIL)主导发布的学术报告系列,旨在研究和促进成人学习与教育可持续发展目标下的成人教育工作者专业化发展。其中,2021年5月底发布的《全球成人学习与教育课程:成人教育工作者能力框架》拓展了《全球成人学习与教育课程》的内容,对成人教育工作者角色定位以及核心能力进行了深度分析。该报告提出,成人教育工作者是专家和教师、教练和助力者、引领者和激励者三重角色的融合,其核心能力包括角色认知能力、教学创新能力、沟通协作能力以及职业发展能力。在此基础上,报告基于聚焦能力培养、凸显实践应用、坚持以成人教育工作者为中心、秉持可持续发展目标以及注重灵活性五大课程理念,构建了成人学习与教育基础、成人学习与成人教学、沟通能力与群体效力、成人学习与教育的方法以及成人教育规划、组织与评价五个必修课程模块以及二个选修课程模块,再对每个课程模块的课时分配以及实施建议作了说明。该报告可为我国在智能时代开展成人教育工作者培训带来以下思考与启示:理论创新,构建新型、可测量的成人教育工作者能力框架;科学设计,建设具有中国特色的优质培训课程体系;技术赋能,优化成人教育工作者的培训生态。Curriculum globALE supports the professional development of adult educators for sustainable development by publishing series of referential reports and it was developed by UIL and other three institutes.The updated version of Curriculum globALE focus on the competency framework for adult educators.The report covers three integrated characteristics of roles as an adult educator,they are experts and instructors,coaches and facilitators,guides and motivators.Curriculum aims to improve four competencies of adult educators in role reposition,teaching creation,communication and cooperation as well as professional development.Meanwhile,Curriculum globALE is built on five general principles including competency orientation,action orientation,learner orientation and sustainability of learning and flexibility.The curriculum comprises five thematic core modules and two elective modules with detailed practical guide for implementation.The themes of core modules have contents in the basis of adult learning and education,adult learning and teaching,communication and group dynamic,methods of ALE,planning,organization and evaluation in ALE.This report provides references framework for the theoretical and practical use of Curriculum globALE in the training of adult educators in China towards AI era.This paper will analyze and understand the report from three viewpoints and provide suggestions for its further practical development in China.Firstly,to create new type and appreciable competency framework in China.Secondly,to develop qualified training curriculum for adult educators in Chinese context.Thirdly,to optimize professional training for adult educator by applying technology.
