摘　　要：医学生职业价值观的培养是建设健康中国的重要议题,随着时代的发展,医学生的职业价值观也在发生变化,对其未来职业生涯走向具有重要的影响。当前职业价值观的研究不断深化,沿职业价值观的研究发展脉络,梳理不同时期的研究特点,分析和归纳医学生职业价值观研究现状及影响因素,展望健康中国战略下医学生职业价值观的培养,以期为培养更符合时代需求的医学生提供借鉴。The cultivation of medical students'professional values is an important issue in building a Healthy China.With the development of the times,medical students'professional values are also changing,which has a significant impact on their future career.At present,the research on professional values is deepening.Along the research development context of professional values,this paper combed the research characteristics of different periods,analyzed and summarized the research status and influencing factors of medical students'professional values,and looked forward to the cultivation of medical students'professional values under the strategy of healthy China.In order to provide reference for training medical students more in line with the needs of the times.
