摘  要:基于水力学和弹塑性理论,构建含缓冲层的隧道注浆计算模型,计算隧道支护结构及注浆圈外缘承担的渗水压力及隧道涌水量;研究支护结构、注浆圈及围岩的位移与应力解,利用数值模拟对构建模型的合理性进行验证;以穿越富水断层破碎带的某在建隧道为例,计算并确定其缓冲层厚度。结果表明:增设缓冲层后,支护结构外缘径向应力理论值与模拟值最大误差来自隧道拱顶,为7.3%;涌水量模拟值与理论值较为接近,理论值仅比模拟值小1.4%;随缓冲层厚度增加,支护结构外缘径向应力急剧下降,涌水量缓慢增加,当缓冲层厚度与隧道支护结构外径比值为0.10和0.30时,与无缓冲层时相比,支护结构外缘径向应力分别降低39.63%和118.88%,涌水量分别增加4.70%和14.10%;综合考虑受力与涌水因素,在建隧道缓冲层厚度与支护结构外径比值宜采用0.14。Based on hydraulics and elastic-plastic theory,the calculation model for tunnel grouting with buffer layer was constructed.The water-permeable pressure and the tunnel water inflow of support structure of tunnel and the outer edge of grouting circle were calculated.The displacement and stress solutions of support structure,grouting circle and surrounding rock were studied,and the rationality of the constructed model was verified by numerical simulation.Finally,taking a tunnel under construction through the fracture zone of a water-rich fault as an example,the thickness of buffer layer was calculated and determined.The results show that after adding the buffer layer,the maximum error between the theoretical value and the simulated value of the radial stress on the outer edge of support structure comes from the tunnel vault,which is 7.3%.The simulated value of water inflow is closer to the theoretical value,and the theoretical value is only 1.4%smaller than the simulated value.The radial stress on the outer edge of support structure drops sharply and the water inflow increases slowly with the increase of buffer layer thickness.When the ratio of buffer layer thickness to the external diameter of tunnel support structure is 0.10 and 0.30,the radial stress on the outer edge of support structure decreases by 39.63%and 118.88%respectively,and the water inflow increases by 4.70%and 14.10%respectively compared with no buffer layer.Considering the factors of stress and water inflow,the ratio of buffer layer thickness to the external diameter of support structure should be 0.14.
