探讨新公共管理理论视角下的职业教育管理体制创新策略

摘　　要：新公共管理理论作为公共行政学中一种新型管理理论和管理模式,诞生于快速发展的社会新环境中,主要为满足新时期发展需求。将该理论融入职业教育管理中,不仅可为新时期职业教育管理工作开展提供指导,而且可促进职业教育事业发展。基于此,本文从新公共管理理论角度入手,阐述该理论内涵,以及对职业教育管理体制作用,分析职业教育管理体制运用中存在的问题,并从新公共管理理论方面进行思考,探讨创新职业教育管理体制措施。As a new type of management theory and management model in public administration,new public management theory is generated in the fast-developing new social environment,mainly to meet the development needs of the new era.Integrating this theory into vocational education management can not only provide guidance for the implementation of vocational education management in the new era,but also promote the development of vocational education.Based on this,this article focus on new public management theory,elucidates the theoretical connotation and its role in the vocational education management system,analyzes the problems in the application of vocational education management system,and explore the innovation measures of vocational education management system from the perspective of new public management theory.
