摘  要:创新性人才培养和创新性人才培养体系建设是新时代高等教育的一个重要内容。通过对创新性人才培养体系中的重要组成部分——实验教学课程体系的改革,探索建立了分子医学实验等课程的自主创新性实验课程体系。对新旧实验课程体系的实验教学内容安排进行了对比,并介绍了自主创新性实验项目内容和实施过程、实验教学的效果以及对自主创新性实验课程体系可持续发展问题提出的建议。实践表明,自主创新性实验课程体系对提高实验教学质量和实践育人水平效果显著。Construction of innovative talents training and innovative talents training system is an important content of higher education in the new era.Through reform of experimental educational curriculum system,which is an important part of innovative talents training system,we explore the establishment of independent innovative experimental curriculum system including courses such as"molecular medical experiment".Through introduction of old and new experimental educational curriculum arrangements in experimental curriculum system,independent innovative experimental program contents and implementation processes,objectively evaluate experimental education effects,we provide suggestions on sustainable development of independent innovative experimental curriculum system and provide experiences for references for the construction of innovative experimental curriculum system by other subjects。
