移动物联管理平台推动校企仪器资源共享的探究

摘　　要：大型仪器设备作为科技创新的重要组成部分,对促进产业发展、高层次人才培养和社会产业结构调整有着重要的支撑作用。上海自贸区临港新片区是推进改革开放和创新发展的重要载体,在推动全方位高水平开放等重大战略任务中,承担着特殊使命。对新片区科研仪器资源共享的政策支持、供需概况、存在问题进行了分析,探究了移动物联管理平台在新片区校企仪器共享中的设计和应用,提出了引入市场创新机制、完善区域制度建设、加大宣传和交流途径等长效机制的建议。为新片区产教融合、协同创新和开放共享提供了参考。As an important part of scientific and technological innovation,sophisticated instruments and equipment play indispensable supporting roles in promoting industrial development,training high-level talents and adjusting social industrial structure.Lin-gang Special Area of Shanghai Pilot FTZ is an important carrier of reform and opening up and innovative development,and undertakes a special mission in promoting all-round and high-level opening-up and other major strategic tasks.This paper analyzes the policy support,supply and demand situation and existing problems of scientific research instrument resource sharing in Lin-gang Special Area,designs the sharing of mobile IOT management platform between colleges and enterprises,and puts forward suggestions on introducing market innovation mechanism,improving regional system construction,increasing publicity and communication channels and other long-term mechanisms.It provides a reference for the integration of industry,university and research,collaborative innovation and open sharing.
