摘  要:仪器是科学研究之利器,仪器管理平台运行的状态与研究成果产出的数量和质量密切相关。为完善院系大型仪器平台管理,提供更好服务。针对院系大型仪器平台的智慧化可持续性管理进行探讨,阐述院系级平台管理的现状与存在的问题及对应举措和收获成效。从仪器角度出发,明确平台智慧化管理的必要条件。结合管理学中的"胜任力冰山模型",提出了实验技术人员胜任力冰山模型,明辨人员在可持续管理中的作用。The large-scale instruments are important resources of scientific research.The performance of platform operation is closely related to the output quality of scientific and technological innovation activities.To improve the management of large instrument platform in the department.To provide better services,this paper mainly introduced the intelligent management and sustainable management of large instrument platform at the departmental level.Further,we elaborated the current situation,existing problems,corresponding measures and results of the platform management from the two important perspectives:instruments and technicians.In short,we have defined the necessary conditions for intelligent management of instrument platform.Combining with the"competency iceberg model"in management,we have proposed the"competency iceberg model"of experimental technicians,and illustrated the role of technicians in sustainable management.
